Individual Therapy

Sometimes our busy lives get to be too much and the weight of our pain becomes too heavy to carry by ourselves. We all need someone to hear us and see us within the context of our complex and often difficult lives. I offer a safe and validating environment where we can sit and talk together to lighten the burden of pain you carry. You don't have to suffer alone.

You are the expert of your life and our sessions will be a place where your expertise and my knowledge come together to address the obstacles that are preventing your healing and growth. Therapy is often a challenging and painful process, but I will be there to guide and support you in our sessions together and will help you to bring about positive change in your life.

What does individual therapy look like?

Individual sessions run 50 minutes long and involves sitting together and talking about the difficulties you're having, the goals you want to reach, and how we plan on achieving those goals.
